The Belly Dance team is always happy to work with you to answer any questions you may have.

Relationship To Belly Dance Maternity

Belly Dance Baby is a sister company of Belly Dance Maternity. We have the same parent company, but we are separate entities. Our websites are independent of one other, with separate checkout processes, store credits, and use of gift certificates. Please call us with questions at (888) 802-1133.

Availability

We try to keep the site updated with availability. However, are circumstances where we have sold out of an item the day you placed your order. For this reason, Belly Dance cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Once we receive your order, we will notify you via email if there are discrepancies.

Gift Wrapping

In the next few weeks, we will be introducing gift wrapping on our website. For now, please note in the comments section at checkout if you would like an item gift wrapped and what you would like included in a note. Otherwise, please call (888) 802-1133 to request gift wrapping.

Registry

Belly Dance Baby will soon be integrating a full-service registry to our website to make shopping more convenient.

Shipping

We ship using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 24 hours of your order (other than Jeeto wall décor and Netto Collection furniture). Customers have the option to expedite orders with three day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 1 pm CST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders can be expedited if placed Monday - Friday prior to 1 pm CST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping Surcharges

Oversized items, such as furniture and wall décor, are more expensive to ship because they are heavier and/or bulkier than normal items. The drop-shipped items are delivered directly from our manufacturers, so a surcharge is applied to cover the vendor's shipping costs. Such charges (as with Jeeto wall décor and Netto Collection furniture) will be clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

International Shipping

International delivery to over 60 countries. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day due to additional verification that is often necessary.

Currently shipping to Canada is $25, and to most other countries is $60. This is for 10-14 business days, and does not include customs charges imposed by individual countries. Please understand that Belly Dance cannot be responsible for additional customs costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, we accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items for full refund to your credit card, minus shipping charges. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging, with no damage to items or packaging. We must receive the item in perfectly saleable condition. All claims regarding damages, including furniture or drop shipped items, must be reported within 7 days.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Returns sent after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. Belly Dance does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. We suggest insuring all returns.

Belly Dance is not responsible for damages that occur from washing, cleaning, wear and tear, or general use. This includes damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions.

Please note that sale items can be returned for online store credit only. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Belly Dance will email a code to be used toward your next online purchase. Netto Collection furniture and Jeeto wall hangings are final sale.

Tracking an Order

Once you have completed an order, we will email you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS to track your order.

Sales Tax

8% sales tax applies to Illinois customers only.

Gift Certificates

Belly Dance Baby offers both online or in store gift certificates. These can be purchased online or by phone at (888) 802-1133. Belly Dance will email online gift certificates to recipients with a code to be redeemed online, and we will send in store gift certificates to customers who will be shopping in our Highland Park store.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.

We collect customer information for the purposes of customer service, shipping orders, and sending promotional information, such as sales and new arrivals if customers should choose to receive our emails. We do not sell customer information to any third party.

If you choose to receive Belly Dance Baby emails, we will always provide you the option to opt-out and discontinue receiving information from us.
